| Abstract: | The oral condition of a woman belonging to the Qidan Nationality of the Liao Dynasty is reported. Besides recounting the general oral condition the occurrence of caries and periodon-tal disease, attrition of the teeth, and especially the dissymmetry of the mandible induced by unilaterally disposed mastication are discussed. |
