Abstract:AimsThis study aimed to examine the changes in plant species richness, frequency and density along a habitat fragmentation gradient (with varied degrees of habitat fragmentation [DHFs]) in a desertified grassland of Horqin Sandy Land, northeastern Inner Mongolia, China.
