| Abstract: | In the production of single chain urinary type plasminogen activator (scu PA), different determination methods of protein content gave the results with large deviation. We compared the Ultra violet method and Lowry method in the determination of final and medium products of scu PA, and found the Ultra violet method is more suitable to determine the protein content of scu PA products in trial production on medium scale. |
