Abstract: | We recently described methods for estimating the number of N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU)-induced coding mutations in phenotypic and genotypic screens. In this article we revisit these methods,
clarifying their application. In particular, we focus on the difference between unconditional and conditional probabilities.
We also introduce a website to assist investigators in the application of these equations (). |
