| 摘 要： | 本文报道以BERH-2肝癌细胞株为材料,采用氯仿-甲醇混合溶剂提取并应用DEAE-Sephadex A-25柱层析及球型多孔硅胶Iatrabeads柱层析,分离及纯化肝癌相关的神经节苷脂。

| Abstract: | A preceding papers [1.2] described the difference of ganglioside HPTLC patterns between normal liver tissue and cancerous tissue. We had found that all hepa tomas had a strong-stained band between GM1 and GD1a.In this paper a procedure for the isolation and purification of the hepatoma-associated gangliosides from BERH-2-bearing hepatoma cell strain of rat is described. It involves extraction of total lipids with chloroform-methanol mixture, followed by DEAE-Sephadex A 25 column chromatography and porous silica spheres, Iatrobeads, column chromat ography. |
