| Abstract: | QSAR studies on a set of 36 congeners of 4-aminodiphenylsulfone derivatives with measured inhibition potencies of dihydropterate synthase were made using multiple regression analysis. Conformational entropy in combination with indicator parameters gave excellent results. |
