摘    要:乌苷发酵液中乌苷与副产物肌苷的分离对乌苷工业有重要的意义。对乌苷和肌苷的分离条件进行研究,得到了最佳分离条件:采用Hd-8树脂,树脂床高度为4cm,前120mL采用0.05mol/L盐酸洗脱收集肌苷,120mL至240mL采用0.74mol/L pH5.0醋酸钠缓冲液洗脱收集乌苷,可以获得很好的效果。

Abstract:It is very important in the guanosine industry that guanosine must be completely separated from byproduct-inosine.The condition of analysis and separation of guanosine and inosine was studied.The optimal condition was finally obtained.The resin was HD-9=8.Its bed height was 4 centimeter.The gradient eluate solution was 0.05mol/L HCL for the first 120mL eluant of insoine and 0.74mol/L NaAc buffer(pH5.0)for the eluant from 120mL to 400mL of guanosine.The method was useful and repeated well.
