小麦根际铅、镉的生态效应

摘    要:通过水培试验研究小麦根际铅镉的生态效应,研究培养介质于铅、镉胁迫,介质PH校较照发生变化,铅处理使介质PH上升,面的是铅处理介质PH还是下降,只是较对照变化缓慢,铅、镉胁迫根必出糖类含量增高,且铅-交互作用对糖泌了的影响也达到显著水平。根系形貌照相观察及电子探铁能是表明,铅、镉对根系的毒害机制可能不同。

Abstract:Effect of Pb,Cd on wheat was studied using hydroponic experiments.The results showed that root activities,i.e.the release of proton,exudate of sugar,were related to the contents of Pb,Cd.The pH in the growth medium increased with the increasing concentration of Pb,and decreased with the increasing concentration of Cd in solution.The quantity of sugar exudate increased with Pb,Cd increase and was affected distinctively by Pb\|Cd interaction.The changes in the distribution patterns of Cd and Pb were also studied using an electron probe X\|ray microanalyzer.The content of Cd was lower in the stelbe than that in the cortex.
