摘    要:采用等位酶电泳 技术测定了四川省凉山彝族自治州南部金阳、雷波和米易3县的苦荞麦「Fagopyrum tataricum(L.)Gaertn.」8个栽培居群的遗传多样性和分化,结合农业生物学性状进行了分析。苦荞麦居群的遗传多样性水平较高,每个位点的等位基因平均数为1.8,多态位点比率为46.6%,平均实际杂合度和预期杂合度分别为0.187和0.218,FST值为0.22,居群间存在较明显的遗传分化,

Abstract:Genetic diversity and differentiation among 8 cultivated popuations ofFagopyrum tataricum from the counties of Jinyang, Leibo and Miyi in southLiangshan Autonomous Prefecture of Yi Nationality, Sichuan Province, China wereinvestigated using allozyme electrophoresis. The allozymic diversity is roughlycorrelated with agrobiological features. The results suggest that genetic diversity of Ftataricum is quite high. The mean number of alleles Per locus A is 1.8, thepereentage of Polymorphic loci P is 46.6%, and the mean observed heterozygositiesHo and the mean expected heterozygosities He are 0.187 and 0.218 respectively, theratios of gene diversities of heterozygosities FsT is 0.22, which indicates that there is22 Percent of genetic differentiation among populations, and suggests that forprotecting genetic resources all the populations should be included in.
