摘    要:利用低纬高原地区获得部分不同地区紫外辐射观测资料,研究不同地区紫外辐射月际性差异引起云南报春花SOD、POD酶量的差异变化,探讨在自然环境条件下,UV-B辐射对植物体内SOD、POD的影响。结果表明: (1)在低纬高原地区UV-B辐射强度变化具有特殊性和复杂性;(2)当报春花处于幼苗生长期(2月)时,UV-B辐射强度小,SOD、POD活性表现较弱;进入生长旺盛期和开花期(3月、4月),UV-B辐射增强,此时SOD、POD活性也随之增强;进入衰老期(5月),而UV-B继续增强,植物SOD、POD酶活性下降。

Abstract:A part of the radiation data collected in different highland regions with low latitude were used to study the changes of SOD and POD activities in Primula that were caused by monthly changes of UV-B radiation and explore the effects of UV-B radiation on SOD and POD activities in the plant under natural conditions in Yunnan province. The results indicated that (1) in the highland regions with low latitude,UV-B radiation changes in a complicated and unique manner: (2) While Primula is at the seedling stage (in February) ,UV-B radiation has a low intensity and SOD and POD activities appear low;while it arrives at its vigorous stage of growth and its flowering stage (in March and April),UV-B radiation increases and SOD and POD activities appear to increase; while it arrives at the aging stage (in May),UV-B radiation continues to increase but SOD and POD activities appear to decline.
