摘    要: 本研究用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳,双波长扫描仪对少年游泳运动员的HbA_2百分含量进行测定。发现大运动量训练对HbA_2水平是有影响的。经六天训练(星期二、五为大运动量训练),星期日休息一天,次周的星期一晨HbA_2百分含量升高,星期二大运动量训练后的次日晨HbA_2百分含量显著下降。运动性贫血的运动员,其HbA_2百分含量一周中的变化趋势与正常运动员相似,但HbA_2百分含量比正常运动员高。

Abstract:Hb in normal adult has two main forms: HbA and HbA2. They can be seperated into two bands by electrophoresis.In clinical applications, HbA2% content has been used to diagnose certain anemia.In this study, HbA2% content of juvenile swimmers was determined by electrophoresis on 7.5% polyacrylamide gel slab and scanned with a Dual-wavelength TLC scanner.It was found that intensive training had a great influence upon level of HbA2. After six days training (Starts from Monday to Satuday including the intensive training on Thursday and Friday) and one day rest on Sunday, increased HbA2% content on the next Monday morning,just after the rest,and reducde HbA2% content on Wednesday morning immediately after the intensive training on Tuesday were observed. The difference is statistically significant. The pattern of weekly change in HbA2% content of swimmers with sports anemia is similar to that of normal swimmers. However, HbA2% content of swimmers with sports anemia are higher.
