Abstract: | Mutagenesis of the transmembrane domain and cytoplasmic tail of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 envelope glycoprotein gp160 revealed that its intracellular transport and processing in transfected cell lines were modulated by a functional domain included in the carboxy-terminal sequence consisting of residues 751 to 856. |
