| Abstract: | 18 varieties of dominate edible-fruit cactus plant, Cactaceae aredescribed. The cultural and reproductive methods of columnar cactus plant, such asHylocereus undatus cv. Vietnam are outlined. Some ways of harvest and processingof cactus fruit are summarized here. |
