| Abstract: | The binding of 3H-diazepam to benzodiazepine receptors of brain was studied in washed and pre-frozen preparations. The GABA enhancement of 3H-diazepam binding was found to be inhibited by a convulsant benzodiazepine, Ro 5-3663. |
