| Abstract: | A new method to differentiate an eukaryotic DNA population in terms of the frequency of cross-linking sites in each DNA or each class of DNA is presented. Selective cross-link formation can be introduced to a certain class of DNA or a certain region of DNA sequences by use of DNA cross-linking agents due to the differences in the frequency of cross-linking sites in eukaryotic DNA. |
