摘    要:为提高BALB/c小鼠受学率,对其生殖性能进行了研究。结果表明:性周期动情期的鉴定是提高小鼠受孕率的关键。光照、温度、噪音及湿度等因素对小鼠性周期影响很大。自然交配的受精卵质量远比超数排卵的好,但超数排卯仍不失为一种良好的获得更多卵子的辅助办法。

Abstract:To improve the rate of fertilization, the productive capacity of BALB/c mouse was studied and the results showed that it was important to characterize the estrus among sexual cycles. The mice sexual cycles were influenced, remarkably by light, temperature, noise and air humidity. The quality of zygote obtained by natural mating was rather better than that by superovulation, while superovulation was still an effective auxiliary method to get more ova.
