| Abstract: | Summary Two upases produced by Chromobacterium viscosum were isolated and purified by liquid-liquid extraction using organic solvents containing reversed micelles. One lipase (lipase A) was purified from the original crude enzyme preparation by 4,3-fold with a recovery of 91% and the other (lipase B) by 3,7-fold with a recovery of 76%. |
