棒络新妇体重与其拖牵丝机械性能的关系研究

摘    要:利用YG001A单纤维电子强力仪测定了15只不同体重棒络新妇的拖牵丝机械性能,分析了蜘蛛体重与拖牵丝机械性能的相互关系,并利用SEM及计算机图象处理技术分析了拖牵丝的直径,发现不同个体的拖牵丝平均直径和断裂强度随着体重的增加而增加,而屈服点应力、屈服点拉伸率、断裂点拉伸率与体重都没有相关性。

Abstract:We used the YG001A single-fibre electronic tensile instrument to measure the tensile mechanical properties of the draglines,which are spun by fifteen Nephila clavata spiders of different weights,and we analyzed the relationship between weights and mechanical properties of these different spiders.Additionally,we used the scanning electron microscope(SEM)and the technology of computer image manipulation to measure the diameters of these draglines.The results demonstrated that the average diameter and the breaking strength of the draglines increased with the weights becoming heavier.However,we also found the stress at the proportional limit,the strain at the proportional limit and the strain at breaking point had no relationships with weight.
