大豆抗豆秆黑潜蝇遗传的初步研究

摘    要:为研究大豆品种抗蝇性遗传规律,利用5个品种配制了3个杂交组合,在田间利用自然虫源,对P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2和F_3的抗感反应进行鉴定。结果表明,大豆品种抗蝇性系受单个显性主基因控制;可能受某些微效多基因及环境的修饰。在大豆抗蝇性遗传中未发现细胞质遗传效应。

Abstract:In order to determine the inheritance of resistance to beanfly in Melanagromyza sojae (Ze-hntner),three crosses were made among five soybean varieties.The responses of P1,P2,F1,P2 and F2 to field infection under the pressure of natural population of the beanfly were identifi-ed.The results showed that the resistance was controlled by one dominant gene,possibly modified by some polygenes and the environments,and no cytoplasmic effact on the resistance was found.
