| Abstract: | Abstract. Re-analysis of published data on the gecocurvature and nutation of the primary root of maize is presented. This analysis demonstrates clear evidence of nutalional oscillations occurring during georesponse. The importance of this evidence in relation to theories of nutation mechanism is discussed. |
