Abstract: | Three peptides (Mr = 45,000, 47,000 and 52,000) in the cholate extract from rat heart cell membranes were radiolabeled when the extract was incubated in the presence of activated cholera toxin and 32P]NAD. A single peptide of Mr = 41,000 in this extract was ADP-ribosylated by pertussis toxin in the presence of 32P]NAD. |
