生物酶法制备D-对羟基苯甘氨酸的研究

摘    要:生物酶法生产D-对羟基苯甘氨酸具有良好的应用前景。通过介绍生物酶法生产D-对羟基苯甘氨酸的研究现状,从酶的分离纯化、酶和细胞的固定化、反应介质研究和反应动力学研究以及基因工程进展几个方面作了总结。

Abstract:It is a potential method for the production of D-hydroxyphenylglycine by enzymatic synthesis. The advances on enzymatic synthesis of D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine were reviewed in this paper. The developments of pmification of enzymes, the immobilization of enzymes and cells, the reaction medium, the dynamics and the genetic engineering were summarized.
