| Abstract: | SUMMARY: Two testing procedures, B.S. 3286: 1960 and Kelsey & Sykes (1969), have been examined in terms of their reproducibility and ease of operation using different types of disinfectants. The capacity use-dilution test realistically simulated practical conditions and gave reasonable results. It is recommended for use-dilution assessments of general purpose disinfectants. |
