| Abstract: | The chemokine superfamily is probably complete. There are 42 human chemokines that through interaction with 18 receptors (which belong to the GPCR superfamily-class A) play pivotal roles in many important human diseases. Here we review some of the most compelling opportunities for drug development in this area. |
