摘    要:观察双歧杆菌与肠上皮细胞系Lovo 细胞粘附后对肠致病性大肠杆菌(EPEC)及产毒性大肠杆菌(ETEC)粘附的竞争性抑制作用。发现双歧杆菌能完全抑制EPEC与ETEC的粘附,这种作用可能是由于双歧杆菌的占位性保护机制,在空间上阻止了病原菌与Lovo细胞的进一步接近

Abstract:Competitive inhibition of adherence of enteropathogenic Esherichia coli(EPEC) and enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC) to Lovo cells by human bifidobacterial strains were investigated.Bifidobacterial strains was found to block the adherence of EPEC and ETEC to Lovo cells completely.The mechanim of competitive inhibition appears to be due to the occupying effects which may sterically prevent the adherence of EPEC and ETEC.
