摘    要:院长绩效激励是实现公立医院战略绩效目标的重要手段。借鉴企业经营者绩效激励经验,结合公立医院公益性使命和战略绩效管理特征,提出并分析了促进医院战略发展的经济、权力、声誉、升迁等院长绩效激励机制。建议综合运用各种激励措施并完善公立医院治理结构。

Study on The Performance Incentive Mechanism of Operators Based on Strategic Development in Public Hospitals
Abstract:The performance incentive of operators is an important means to the implementation of the strategic performance objectives in public hospitals. The experience of performance incentive of enterprise managers is learned. Several performance incentive of operators mechanisms, such as economy, power, reputation and promotion are analyzed, under the restriction of non-profit responsibility and strategic mission. It is suggested that comprehensive incentive measures should be used and the governance structure of the public hospitals should be improved.
