胃超声造影剂法对上消化道溃疡的诊断

目的：应用胃超声造影剂检测上消化溃疡。方法：采用“胃窗－８５超声造影剂化水量５００毫升口服后进行超声检查。结果：５６例超声检获胃溃疡２０例，十二指肠溃疡３６例。经手术病理，胃镜证实胃溃疡１７例，十二指肠溃疡３１例，Ｂ超误诊８例。Ｂ超诊断符合率分别赤８５％；８６％。结论：胃超声造影检查对上消化溃疡一定诊断价值

THE APPLICATION OF UITRASONIC GASTROGRAPHY IN DIAGNOSING THE ULCER OF UPPER ALIMENTARY CANAL

Obijctive: Applying ultrasonic gastrography contrast solution to examine the ulcer of upper alimentary canal. Method:The patients took a mixture made by dissoving "Gastro Win-85"ultrasonic contrast solution in 500ml. water orally,then underwent ultrasonic examination. Results:56 patients in all received the examination. Among these cases, 20 cases of gastric ulcer and 36 cases of duodenal ulcer were detected. Through operation pathology or gastroscope examination, 17 cases of gastric ulcer and 31 cases of duodenal ulcer were confirmed. The accurate ratio of ultrasonic diagnoses came up to respectively 85% and 86%. Conclusion:Using the ultrasonic gastrography contrast solution to diagnose the ulcer of upper alimentary canal have the definite value.
