Synthesis of hexanucleotide analogues containing diisopropylsilyl internucleotide linkages. |

| Abstract: | The synthesis of two silyl-linked hexanucleotide analogues is described. Hypochromicity and CD measurements indicate that the thymidine hexanucleotide analogue bears a strong resemblance to its phosphodiester-linked counterpart. |
