| 摘 要： | 近年来间充质干细胞特殊的免疫学特性越来越引起人们的重视，使其成为移植领域的一个研究热点。许多实验室就间充质干细胞的免疫抑制作用和机理做了大量的研究工作，取得了一定的进展。本文简要综述间充质干细胞的免疫抑制作用和机理。

| Abstract: | In recent years, mesenchymal stem cell has been increasingly attractive because of its special immunological characteristics and has become a hotspot in the field of transplantation. Many laboratories have done lots of research on the immunosuppressive effect of mesenchymal stem cell and its mechanism and drown some conclusion. We herein made a review on the immunosuppressive effect of mesenchymal stem cell and its mechanism. |
