| 摘 要： | 以携带R质粒的痢疾杆菌F_(13)株为靶细菌,以黄芩甙作为R质粒消除剂,进行R质粒体外消除试验。实验组R质粒的消除率为0.3%,对照组中SDS的消除率为0.6%,吖啶橙的消除率0.42%。琼脂糖凝胶电泳结果显示,消除子都丢失了相应的质粒带。

| Abstract: | The R plasmid curing experiment was performed in Shigella strain, F_(13),which used as a target bacteria bearing R plasmid with Huangqin, a traditional chinese herb,as a elimination agent in vitro.The results showed that the curing rate of R plasmid in tested group wass 0.3 per cent,while the rate was 0.42 per cent and 0.6 per cent in control orange acridin and in control SDS group,respectively.The related plasmid DNA band was missing from F13 after extract and agarose gel electro- phoresis in eliminated strain. |
