双核素心肌显像和门控心肌灌注显像检测糖尿病心肌病的临床应用

摘    要:目的:采用一日法静息99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)及18 F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)双核素同时采集(DISA)心肌灌注代谢显像与门控心肌灌注显像,评价糖尿病心肌病(DCM)患者心肌灌注、存活和心功能状况。方法:36例临床诊断为DCM患者,进行99mTc-MIBI和18F-FDG DISA灌注代谢显像及门控心肌灌注显像。结果:36例DISA显像中,26例为灌注/代谢不匹配型,提示心肌存活,10例为灌注代谢匹配型,提示心肌梗死,无存活心肌,心功能正常患者30例。结论:一日法DISA心肌灌注/代谢显像与门控法心肌灌注显像,可全面评价糖尿病心肌病患者的心肌灌注、存活及心功能状况。
