荧光定量PCR技术在临床微生物检测中的应用

摘    要:荧光定量PCR技术是近些年来发展起来的一种核酸检测技术,它以灵敏度高、特异性强、重复性好、快速准确定量等特点被广泛应用于各个领域。现主要介绍荧光定量PCR技术在病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生虫4个临床微生物检测方面的应用进展。
