(Na~++K~+)—ATP酶与磷脂膜的相互作用

摘    要:本文研究了不同磷脂对兔肾外髓质(Na~++K~+)-ATP酶活性的影响、结果表明,DOPC、PG重组活性最高,用DMPC重组导致酶失活,酸性磷脂有利于维持该酶活性.DSC及自旋标记ESR实验结果示出(Na~++K~+)-ATP酶有选择地与酸性磷脂相互作用.

INTERACTION OF (Na~+ + K~+) -ATPase WITH PHOSPHOLIPID LIPOSOMES
Abstract:The effect of different kinds of phospholipid on the activity of the (Na+ + K+) - ATPase from rabbit Kidney outer medulla have been investigated. The highest activity was observed when the enzyme reconstituted with dioleoylphosphotidylcho-line (DOPC) and phosphotidylglycerol (PG), whereas enzyme reconstituted with di-myristoylphosphotidyl choline(DMPC) leads to complete inactivalion. The enzyme has been found to be activated optimally by acid phospholipids. DSC and spin label ESR experiments also demonstrated that the (Na+ + K+) - ATPase displays a selectivity for certain acid phospholipids.
