| Abstract: | d -Galacturonandigalacturonohydrolase was immobilized by covalent coupling on to a polyacrylamide-type carrier BIO Gel CM100, activated by water-soluble carbodiimide. Catalytic properties, stability and action pattern of the immobilized enzyme are reported. |
