| 摘 要： | 生态屏障建设是长江上游乃至我国有关省 (市、区 )政府工作的重要任务之一 ,而“生态屏障”一词也已成为我国新闻媒体中出现频次最多的新词组之一。但是 ,什么叫生态屏障 ,如何建设生态屏障等诸多相关问题 ,至今在学术界尚无统一的认识 ,不同行业和不同学者都在努力探索。就“生态屏障”一词的来源、概念、功能和特点等进行了阐述 ,并以长江上游为例 ,对长江上游生态屏障的分区与功能 ,以及生态屏障建设的内容、存在的问题及相关的对策等进行了讨论

| Abstract: | The Yangtze River is an important economic lifeline in China. The health of the ecosystem on its upper reaches is very significant for the sustainable development of the whole basin. However, in the last few decades, the vegetation on the upper Yangtze has been degraded seriously partially in connection with frequent natural disasters.
