| Abstract: | We have developed a rapid screening procedure that enables the screening of hundreds of enzyme samples or variants for epoxide hydrolase activity towards any substrate. The procedure detects the products of the enzymatic reaction via periodate cleavage and remaining fluorescence of carboxyfluorescein. |
