| Abstract: | Tritiated dihydrofolate of high specific radioactivity was prepared by the dithionite reduction of tritiated folate. The material was purified by chromatography on DEAE-cellulose in bicarbonate form. The final product could be stored without decomposition when protected by a large excess of ammonium bicarbonate. |
