诱抗剂诱导水稻抗寒蛋白研究

摘    要:诱抗剂是从中草药中筛选出来的植物性药剂,它能显著提高水稻抗寒和抗稻瘟病能力,为了进一步明确诱抗剂诱导水稻抗寒机制,进行了诱抗秀导水稻抗寒 蛋白研究,用1000倍诱抗剂浸种湘早籼9号,89-229和V56三个水稻品种或相合,三叶期喷1000倍诱抗剂经6度低温胁迫48h后,进行SDS-PAGE分析,结构表明三个水稻品种经诱抗剂诱导均未发现分子质量在14ku-97ku之间新的蛋白质。

Abstract:Youkangji is traditional Chinese medicine which can regulate human body's metabolism, intensify the immunity and control the internal disease. We had confirmed that rice resistance could be induced to blast(Pyricularia oryzae)and cold with Youkangji treatment.In order to clear the mechanism of cold resistance ,three varieties of rice Xiangzaoxian 9, 89-229 and V56 were treated with 1 000 times Youkangji using seed soaking and spraying the seedling ,then 6 ℃-treated for 48h. SDS-PAGE results showed that all of them did not produce cold-induced protein which molecular mass is from 14 ku to 97 ku.
