| 摘 要： | 体外诊断试剂的参考品是由逐一反复论证的一套样品所组成,用于全面控制试剂质量,它对于试剂应达到的各种指标提出了全面要求。目前国际上常用的丙型肝炎诊断试剂参考品为抗HCV抗体血清参考品和核酸检测参考品,我们简要综述了丙型肝炎病毒诊断试剂参考品的研制及发展。

| Abstract: | The references for the in vitro diagnostic reagents is consisted of a set of samples from repeated one argu- ment for total control over the quality of reagents, which reagents for a variety of target to be met fully the requirements put forward. At present, the commonly reference used for diagnosis of hepatitis C reagents is anti-HCV serum antibodies reference material and nucleic acid reference material, In this article we summarized the development of reference reagents for the diagnosis of hepatitis C virus. |
