摘    要:银合欢叶作为培养基氮素添加剂能促进佛罗里达平菇、黑木耳和香菇的菌丝生长。除生料栽培培菌期间含羞草素明显自然降解及高压灭菌大量破坏含羞草素外,还发现菌丝对含羞草素有显著的降解作用。

Abstract:Leacaena leueocephola leaves used as nitrogenous additive in media accelerated the hyphae growth of Pleurotus florida, Auricularia auricula and Lgntinus edcdes.Mimosine degraded automatically and notably during the hyphae growth in raw substrate and was destroyed heavily with autoclave. In addition, mimosine was degraded remarkably by these hyphae.
