| Abstract: | Further results are reported concerning the complementationoccurring in heterokaryons of various maize chloroplast mutants,formed through protoplast fusion. The changes in chlorophyllcontent have been followed using fluorescence microscopy andthe effect of actinomycin D and cycloheximide investigated.Some conclusions are arrived at about the nature of this complementation.
