凯妮汀单次治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道病102例临床观察

目的：观察凯妮汀单次治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道病的疗效。方法：将早孕期及晚孕期合并念珠菌阴道病的患者102例，给予凯妮汀阴道片1片，置于后穹窿处。用药后7-10天复查。结果：凯妮汀治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道病的临床治愈率为79．4％，有效率为13.7％，24小时症状减少率为77．4％。结论：凯妮汀单次治疗对于妊娠期念珠菌性阴道病具有较好的效果。

Clinical Observation of Single Dose of Canesten in Treatment of Gestational Candidal Vaginosis

Objective: To study the effect of single dose canesten in the treatment of the patients with gestational candidal vaginosis (GCV). Methods: 102 cases of gestational candidal vaginosis,who were in early or late pregnancy, were respectively treated with single dose of canesten in posterior fornix vaginae. After about one week's treatment,all the patients were given follow-up examinations. Results: The clinical cure rate of gestational candidal vaginosis was 79.4%, the effective rate was 13.7%. The reduction of symptom in 24 hours was 77.4%. Conclusions: Using single dose of canesten is more effective for gestational candidal vaginosis.
