摘    要:采用反向照明的角膜中和方法,光镜下观察了活体家蝇和华虻神经重叠复眼感杆光导的模式.结果表明:其模式不仅与复眼的适应状态有关,而且与复眼的性特化区以及它的性别有关,这一结果用电镜方法得到证实.本文讨论了Boschek和Franceschini等不同研究结果和神经重叠复眼两个亚视觉系统的概念.

THE PATTERNS OF LIGHT GUIDE WITHIN THE RHABDOMERE AND SEX-SPECIFIC PHOTORECEPTOR IN THE NEURAL SUPERPOSINTION COMPOUND EYE
Abstract:The patterns of light guide within the rhaddomere in the neural superposition compound eye of a living housefly and horsefly and horsefly have been observed by means of a light microscope under optical neutralization of the cornea, combined with an antidromic illumination of the eye. The experiment results shown that the patterns of light guide are not only in relation to the adapted states, but also the sex-specific photoreceptor regions and its sex, the results have been confirmed by using electron microscope method. The discussion has been made on the two different experiment results obtained by Boschek and Franceschini et al, and the concept of the dual visual subsystems in the neural superposion compound eye of Diptera.
