摘    要:本文应用了斑片钳技术研究了瓜蟾胚胎神经元释放神经介质的特性,尤其是支配肌细胞的神经元猝死时爆发性地释放出大量乙酰胆碱(ACCho)的特性.并进而研究了与此有关的肌细胞膜上乙酰胆碱受体通道的性质.本文还讨论了神经元猝死时神经介质的爆发性释放与癫痫等神经疾病相关的可能性.

EXPLOSIVE RELEASES OF NEUROTRANSMITTER DURING ABRUPT DYING OF NEURONS
Abstract:Patch-clamp technique was used to study the properties of transmitter release of embryonic neurons of Xenopus laevis, especially during their abrupt dying, During their death an explosive release of acetylcholine was recorded. We also studied the properties of single acetylcholine channels of muscle membrane. In this paper the possibility of a relationship between the explosive releases of ne-urotransmitter and brain diseases with high neuron activity, like for example epilepsy, has been discussed.
