摘    要:高功率密度35 GHz毫米波对活体鼠体表的辐照温升的实验结果表明:实验鼠的辐照侧的活体皮肤血液灌注率达到较高的水平;剃毛实验鼠的皮肤表面温升曲线和有毛实验鼠皮肤表面温升曲线类似,但在相同的时刻,前者温升要高于后者.将实验温升曲线和Pennes方程计算结果做了对比,发现:考虑血流灌注的Pennes方程与前16 s左右的剃毛实验鼠实验温升曲线吻合;在16 s之后,无血流灌注的热传导方程计算结果更加靠近剃毛实验鼠实验温升曲线,实验曲线略高于含有较大血流灌注率的理论计算曲线.上述实验现象和理论计算结果差异的可能原因也做了一些简单分析.

Abstract:The temperature increase of in vivo skin tissues of rats and mice heated by 35GHz millimeter wave with high exposure power densities was investigated. The results showed that the blood perfusion rate of the heated skin tissues reached comparatively high level and the temperature-time curves of hairy skin and hairless skin are similar to each other hut at each time point, the temperature of the latter rose higher than the former. A comparison with the calculation result based on the Pennes equation found that before 16-second time point, the experimental curve of the hairless skin generally agreed with the theoretical curve deduced from the Pennes equation containing the blood flow term, however, after 16- second time point, the experimental curve was closer to the calculated results of the equation that doesn' t contain the blood flow term and slightly higher than the theoretical curve when a high blood perfusion rate is involved. The possible reasons for incompatibilities between the experimental and theoretical results were briefly discussed.
