| 摘 要： | 成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFs)是一类蛋白质活性肽,在有机体内外显示广谱的生物学活性和功能,在生物发育学、生理学与临床药理学方面具有重要的作用和意义．对 FGFs 家族成员肽的特征特性,FGFs 的染色体定位、基因结构与功能,FGFs 的信号分子作用与促分裂素作用,FGFs 的作用受体、主动和被动调节与拮抗机理进行了综述．

| Abstract: | The Fibroblast Growth Factor(FGF)is a protein,which has a small amount amino acid,and it was called multi-peptide.There are many this protein to component a family (FGFs).They have many functions in the life activity of the organism,and is outside body,too.The FGFs' characteristic,their signal molecular function---signaling pathways,FGFs function of inducing and induced,the FGFs' position on chromosome and its sequence of amino acid composition,and foundation of genes,the mechanism of how FGFs in receptors,and be inhibited are discussed. |
