进行性系统性硬化病患者外周血单个核细胞中癌蛋白的表达和NK亚群状况的研究

本文报告了进行性系统性硬化病（ＰＳＳ）患者外周血单个核细胞中Ｃ－ｍｙｃ、Ｋｉ－ｒａｓ和Ｈａ－ｒａｓ三种癌蛋白的表达和ＮＫ细胞亚群的检测结果。与对照相比，ＰＳＳ患者淋巴细胞的Ｃ－ｍｙｃ癌蛋白阳性率显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），单核细胞的阳性率也倾向于明显升高（Ｐ＝０．０５２）；ＰＳＳ组单核细胞的Ｋｉ－ｒａｓ癌蛋白表达显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。另外，ＰＳＳ患者ＮＫ细胞中Ｌｅｕ－１１ｃ~＋亚群细胞数显著低于对照值，而Ｌｅｕ－７＋亚群细胞数则显著高于对照值（Ｐ＜０．０５）。作者结合文献讨论了ＰＳＳ患者体内癌基因表达的可能机制以及癌基因表达和ＮＫ亚群改变的临床意义。

Study on Expression of Oncoproteins and Subsets of Natural Killer Cells in the Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells from Patients with Progressive Systemic Sclerosis

Expression of C-myc, Ki-ras and Ha-ras oncoproteins and subsets of natural killer(NK)cells in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with progressive systemic sclerosis(PSS)were studied. Compared with controls, the positive percentage of C-myc oncoprotein in lymphocytes of PSS patients was increased significantly(P less than 0. 01)and that in monocytes tended to be increased, too (P=0.052);the positive percentage of Ki-ras oncoprotein in monocytes from PSS petients was markedly higher than that from controls (P less than 0.001). On the other hand, the number of NK subset Leu-11c cells in patients with PSS was decreased significantly and Leu-7 cells was increased notably (p less than 0. 05) in the comparison with controls. The possible mechanism of oncogene expression in PSS and the clinical significance for the expression of oncogenes and the changes in NK subsets in PSS Patients were discussed with literature.
