| Abstract: | In this work we studied the specific antagonistic effect of PXR activation on neuroblastoma cell SH-SY5Y apoptosis induced by LPS.The expression level of PXR and CYP3A4 was measured by RT-PCR.Apoptosis of SH-SY5Y stained with Rhodamine 123,Annexin V-FITC/PI and growth phase of SH-SY5Y were detected by flow cytometry.The results showed that PXR activated by rifampycin significantly enhanced the expression levels of CYP3A4 and inhibited the apoptosis of SH-SY5Y cells.The analysis of cycle phase of cells indic... |
