预充式导管冲洗器防止静脉留置针堵管的效果观察

摘要目的：观察预充式导管冲洗器防止静脉留置针堵管的临床效果。方法：128例患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组，每组64例，观察组用预充式导管冲洗器冲管。对照组采用传统冲管方法冲管。结果：观察组发生堵管的患者人数为9例（14．1%），对照组为21例（32．8％），两组相比差异具有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者静脉留置针留置时间长于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组满意人数多于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：预充式导管冲洗器较传统冲管方法预防堵管更为有效，方便，值得临床推广。

Effect Observation of Pre-filled Catheter Flusher for Prophylaxis of Occlusion Of Venous Catheter

Objective： To observe the effect of pre-filled catheter flusher for prophylaxis of occlusion of venous catheter. Methods： A randomized control study was performed on 128 patients which were divided into two groups. Pre-filled catheter was used for 64 patients（trial group）, and 64 others were used traditional methods （control group）. Results： The number of patients occurred occlusion in the trial group were 9 cases （14.1%）, the control group were 21 cases（32.8%）（P〈0.05）. The time of catheter retained in the trial group is longer than the control group （P〈0.05）. The number of patients satisfied with care of the trial group is more than the control group （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Pre-filled catheter flush device is more effective, convenient than the traditional method, and it is worthy of promotion clinically.
