| 摘 要： | 壁虎科动物鼻腔较大，化学感觉系统发达，类似于对化学信息敏感的舌端游离的蜥蜴目动物（Malan,1946),并且嗅黏膜面积很大，感觉器神经元多，嗅神经系统十分完善（Gabe and Saint,1976).

| Abstract: | The influence of olfactory stimulation on the behavior of the tokay Gekko gecko was investigated by using conditioned place studies (CPS). Tokay geckos were conditioned to the smell of honey as a reward stimulus. Amyl acetate smell served as an aversive stimulus. The retention period for geckos in the chamber with honey odour increased, while that with amyl acetate odour decreased when compared with pre-conditioning tests.
